Koyao Bay Pavilions offers different kind of accommodation. We hope that our beach suites, or either our cottages and villas will match perfectly with your expectations. 

To guide your choice, please read hereafter a summary high-lighting the character and specificity of each type of accommodation.

BEACH SUITE (Pavilions)   120 m², beach-front with fantastic views on Bileh Islands, 1 bedroom, bathroom with private garden, exterior living room (sala) with breakfast & massage area, hammocks, armchairs and daybeds. Flat screen with DVD player, safety box. Direct access to unspoilt beach. Swimming pool with beach chairs. 

Maximum Occupancy:      2 adults + one adult or teenager in extra bed (1000 THB) .

Included in Rate:               2 hours Thai massage par day in high and peak season, 2 hours massage per stay in low season ; daily breakfast ; 7% Government tax.

POOL VILLAS (Taara and Champa)   130m² , 2 bedrooms with air-con, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room. Flat screen & DVD player, safety box. Swimming pool with children area (4x15 m). Tropical garden 1500 m². The villas are located 250 meters from the resort, and the view opens onto nearby forests. Free and direct access to the beach and to the resort's restaurant and services.

Maximum Occupancy:      4 adults in 2 separate bedrooms + two children up to 12 years old in extra-bed (800 THB per child) + 1 baby under 3 years old in baby cot (complimentary).

Included in Rate:             7% Government tax.

NOT included in Rate:      Breakfast, massage.

POOL COTTAGES (Rice Field and Mai Pai)   180 m², 2 bedrooms (one with air-con), 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen, living and dining. TV and DVD player, safety box. Swimming Pool (9m x 5m). Tropical garden 1500 sqm. The cottages are located 150 meters from the resort, and the view opens onto nearby rice paddies and forests. Free and direct access to the beach and to the resort's restaurant and services.

Maximum Occupancy:      4 adults in 2 separate bedrooms + one children up to 12 years old (extra-bed: 800 THB) + 1 baby under 3 Years old in a baby cot (complimentary).

Included in Rate:             7% Government tax.
