A Note About Sugar & Spice

Thai cuisine is known and loved for its bold, spicy flavours —
it’s part of what makes it so special!

While we are happy to adjust the spice level to your preference, please note the following:

🌶 Normal – Traditional Thai level: spicy, flavourful,
and authentic.

🌶 Moderate – Milder heat, with some chilli removed,
but still with a noticeable kick.

🌶 Minimum – As mild as we can make it, with more chilli removed. However, this level still contains chilli
and may be too spicy for some diners.
It is the least spicy option we offer,
but also the furthest from traditional Thai taste.

Kindly note that we are unable to remove all spice entirely, and we cannot offer refunds
if a dish is found too spicy after serving.

For those seeking something milder,
we also serve a selection of Mediterranean dishes
and other non-Thai options.
